O sucesso empresarial depende basicamente de uma boa administração, e é no campo administrativo financeiro que este sucesso se concretiza. Posto isso, o presente estudo buscou abordar as Demonstrações Financeiras e Balanço Patrimonial da Cooperoque dos anos de 2010 e 2011, tendo como especificidade o estudo dos índices de Liquidez, de Estrutura, de Atividade e de Rentabilidade, demonstrando, através desses indicadores o retorno proporcionado pelos investimentos como também a sua solvência no mercado econômico. A metodologia utilizada foi de cunho exploratório-descritivo. Concluiu-se que, pela importância socioeconômica desta entidade na microrregião, é fundamental que a cooperativa aumente seus índices de retorno aos cooperados, objeto de sua dupla natureza.

Entrepreneurial success depends basically on good administration, and is the financial administrative field that this success is realized. That said, this study sought to address the Financial Statements and Balance Sheet of Cooperoque the years 2010 and 2011, with the specific study of the liquidity ratios, Structure, Activity and Profitability, demonstrating through these indicators that provided return the investments as well as its solvency in the economic market. The methodology used was exploratory and descriptive nature. It was concluded that the socioeconomic importance of this entity in the micro, it is essential that the cooperative to increase their rates of return to the cooperative, the object of his dual nature.
