Com a evolução da pandemia da Covid-19, governos do mundo inteiro foram obrigados a adaptar seus sistemas legislativos para englobar os conflitos e demandas jurídicas advindas da crise. No Brasil, a Lei 14.010/2020 regula a atividade civil e processual civil durante a pandemia, e será objeto de análise do artigo proposto.

With the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic, governments around the world were forced to adapt their legislative systems to encompass conflicts and legal demands arising from the crisis. In Brazil, Law 14.010/2020 regulates civil and civil procedural activity during the pandemic, and will be the object of analysis of the proposed article.
